I expressed a deep passion for painting, tracing my roots back to the age of 9 when Art became my defining pursuit. I attended art lessons at New York’s Brooklyn Museum during high school. My journey continued as I acquired a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Philadelphia College of Art (now known as UVA Philadelphia). As a former Designer and Merchandiser for three iconic denim brands, creativity has always taken center stage in my life.
My artwork revolves around capturing everyday moments, often emphasizing music and communal gatherings. Employing layers of watercolor pigment and occasionally mixed media, I aim to evoke emotions of belonging, accomplishment, pride, and joy. These layers of color create a rich tapestry, symbolizing emotional, personal, and social spaces.
